Fava selected for KQ Labs

We joined KQ Labs alongside a group of ambitious health innovation companies working across data-driven health, precision medicine and digital health.

The programme supports early-stage teams through mentoring, expert workshops and access to a wider health innovation network, helping companies strengthen their business model, develop their commercial strategy and prepare for future growth.

Fava was founded to close the gap between genomic insight and clinical action.

Genetic testing can generate powerful information about disease risk, drug response and personalised care. Too often, that information remains locked in research systems, complex reports or disconnected portals.

The Fava platform translates genomic data into clear, evidence-based insights and integrates them into clinical systems and workflows. Our goal is to help clinicians use genomic information at the point of care, supporting safer prescribing and more personalised treatment.

Joining KQ Labs marks an important step in our journey from early validation to wider impact.

The programme provides £40k of funding, access to a powerful network of mentors and health innovation leaders, and further validation of the need for the products we are building.

It has also helped us strengthen how we work as a team, with valuable learning around culture, decision-making, hiring and building the high-performing team we need as we scale.

Through KQ Labs, we are continuing to develop the foundations needed to make genomics part of everyday care. This includes strengthening our regulatory roadmap, refining our commercial model and building the partnerships needed to scale our platform across healthcare systems.
